No Pain No Gain
You have heard this mantra before right? Probably even had a “trainer” scream it at you during a workout. Well, they are wrong! There’s a distinct and important difference between pain and ache and most people are unable to tell the difference. Here it is in simple terms.
Pain is one of the methods your body uses to inform you that something is wrong. You are either, overshooting the work capacity or overtaxing the mobility of some joint, muscle, or tendon and therefore risking severe injury. Discomfort is analogous to fatigue. Fatigue is the natural end product of pushing your body to the next level in order to achieve your fitness goals.
Instead we love to have a workout that is fun and challenging but at the same time safe. When all of these elements are combined into a workout then there is a very good chance that you will stick with it. And if you can stick with a challenging workout program and combine that with a good diet you will get great results. We provide all of that to you.
