Great Dinner For Weight Loss In Scranton Pa

So today will just be a quick post.  It is one that I have been meaning to write a bunch of times.  I think I have mentioned that recently my wife made a great Talipia dish.  Well we ate it for the third time last night and I just had to make sure that I shared it with everyone on the blog.  It is that good and because it is a great way to have an awesome tasting meal that will actually help you lose weight!

The dinner was Talipia pan fried with some butter and lime juice and kale cooked with garlic  and some lime juice.  Thats it.  I love this recipe for a bunch of reasons:

  • Very Low Calorie
  • Very affordable
  • Very quick to cook
  • Packed with vitamins, minerals, protein and HEALTHY fats
  • Low carb
  • No Grains or Gluten.

So it definitely tastes great.  I really cant believe that such a simple recipe that is so easy to make and that cooks so quickly tastes this good.  You have to try it.  The fact that it is low in calories, low in carbs and has no grains or gluten is a huge bonus as well as those are things I definitely like to keep to a minimum while on a diet.  I am actually trying to remove as much gluten from my diet as possible. Same with grains too.

This recipe also has very healthy fats something that I think everyone should be getting more and more of in their diet.  Now we did use gras fed butter and the fats in that are great for you.  But even if you dont use gras fed butter the fat from the fish is very good for you.  And trust me it will not make you fat.  It will actually help you burn more calories, give you more energy and make you feel good!
